What kind of world is this, where the matter of what’s in a significant other’s pants can lead to outright rejection and blanket social condemnation?

MY VIEW OF THE WORLD:

Everyone has stuff in their pants.  (I'm using it the British way, where it means 'underwear'.)

Sometimes people like to do things together with what's in their pants.

Unless a: someone's getting hurt or b: I'm invited, it is none of my damn business.
