Holmes fic!

If you talk to me about Sherlock Holmes for any lenth of time, it becomes pretty obvious that I'm a total Holmes/Watson slasher.  I also happen to belong to one of the Holmes slash communities.  (yes, only one...so far.)  Anyway, I was rather bored and driving home from Portland, so I came up with this little drabble thing.

It's not slashy enough to warrant posting on cox_and_co, though I really don't mind.  Back to the drawing board.  ^_^  (besides, I have a slashy fic in the works that would be far better to delurk with.)

Anyway, I thought I'd post it here.  It's not long.

Five things Holmes never deduced about John Watson, MD

 

Watson used to stutter.

 

In school, Watson played the cello, although not well. He abandoned it when he was sixteen.

 

Although Holmes thinks Watson is exclusively right-handed, he is in fact able to use his left hand equally well, although he rarely does except in certain surgeries where the right-handed angle is too awkward to be effective.

 

Watson is an excellent sailor, and it was the merest chance that he did not join the Navy instead of the Army.

 

During his years in the army, Watson learned to play the Spanish guitar extremely well.

I hope you enjoyed that.  It should be noted that...I really have no excuse whatsoever for the last one.  None at all.  Except that the mental image was pretty adorable.

I also have a vague idea about writing companion pieces to each one of them.  Chances are that those would be slashy.
